ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

Our organization structure largely depends on the workload and hence our workforce keeps fluctuating in size. The general model work structure is such that most positions are predetermined and are occupied on a contractual basis. This model ensures low overheads thereby transferring saving benefits to our clients. It also provides flexibility to handle many projects that can be delivered within agreed timelines. This is in line with the 21st Century outsourcing strategies so as to get efficiency at a low cost.
